To continue to attract new users, eBay is:

Focusing on converting more North American Internet users into active eBay users.

Setting up regional eBay trading sites to cover Great Britain, Germany, Australia and Japan.

Expanding from person-to-person & small-dealer-to-person trading into the business-to-business trading marketplace.
